Hi, my name is Jinah Jung, an early childhood educator at Spring Hill Family Day Care. I am holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as overseas Master Degree in Education. I’ve been working in the educational industry for longer than 7 years and 4 of them were in Mater Hospital Childcare campus in South Brisbane, which caters for around 230 children in 19 rooms.
One day, I was at a park and came across with one of the children I cared for at Mater Childcare. I happily went to her and said hello but sadly she couldn’t recognise me because she was too little when I had her in my room. This gave me a big hit on my head and one of the biggest reasons I started up my own family day care because I can truly build an individual relationship with every single child who is in my care day by day until they grow. I think being a person who is in part of someone’s life is very special and being an educator who shares someone’s childhood memories is a blessing job. I’m lucky that I can be part of your child’s life and I will do with all my heart to bring out the most wonderful memories your child would ever remember in his/her childhood.
